High-Speed Light Gauge Slitting Line
This line type is built for thin strip and high-speed slitting. The main modules usually include coil loading car, uncoiler, pinch unit, slitter head, scrap winder, tension stand, recoiler, and unloading.
The engineering focus is high speed, burr control, edge neatness, tension stability, EPC tracking, and prevention of coil telescoping.
Standard Steel Coil Slitting Line
This is the standard steel coil slitting line for carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, and silicon steel. It commonly covers 650-1600mm width and 0.2-3.0mm thickness.
Configuration should be confirmed around maximum coil weight, strip count, minimum slit width, slitter tooling, recoiler mandrel, hydraulic system, and electrical control plan.
Medium Gauge / Heavy Gauge Slitting Line
For 1.0-6.0mm material, the line speed is lower but the demand for cutting force, structural rigidity, knife clearance control, scrap-edge stability, recoiler torque, and safety protection is higher.
This category is suitable for thicker carbon steel, hot-rolled pickled coil, and stainless medium-gauge materials.
Narrow Precision Slitting Machine
Narrow precision slitting is used for smaller coil widths, multiple narrow strips, precision electronic materials, decorative strip, and coated strip. Quick-change tooling, separated tension control, and precise recoiling are important.
The quality focus is burr reduction, camber control, strip separation, telescoping prevention, and clean edge presentation.
